I like that it doesn't break or fall apart despite being an ecologically good product. Haven't used plastic as a wrap for a long time, and if you're wrapping cheese, you need it to breathe. Just don't mix it up with parchment paper if you're doing baking, that's a disaster!

Only waxed on one side and a bit thin. Didn't seem to keep wet food entirely dry from the outside.
Love this paper! So much better than plastic products. I especially like wrapping cheaper block cheese in it. The paper allows the cheese to breathe and in a few days takes on more of the taste and texture of more expensive aged cheese. And IHerb has the best price! It is a pleasure to order this from IHerb.
This is my brand of waxed paper! natural and mon toxic with its carnauba wax coating which is safe for our foods.
Very good ingredients in comparison to conventional wax paper. There is an issue with tearing it off . they have recently changed the packaging to make it easier to tear off but it still needs some additional improvements. I will continue to buy this product as the ingredients are clean. Healthy for humans and our environment.
I was pleased to find a purer form of waxed paper because this was not bleached. It make me feel good to use something less processed than the regular waxed paper.

I am missing the parchment paper of this brand, so i want to try this wax paper in my freezer
I have tried other parchment papers and have been disappointed. I like that this one is more natural. Yes, you are still getting the silicone, but I tried one without and it did not work (stuck to baked goods). And you should not use wax paper for baking. So other than getting stoneware bakeware that you season (takes some time to do this, but is probably the healthiest nonstick method), I always keep If You Care parchment paper around so I have it when needed.
