I was looking for phosphatidylserine not from soy and ideally in oil or liquid, not in powder, so this is a good option that fit those ingredients, I am looking to get benefits related to brain health, but fro me is hard to notice a difference, in a way, I still take it hoping there are some benefits that may be not so obvious, the size of the pill is regular small.

This actually works. I was hesitant to order this first because I couldn't find enough convincing evidence it would work on me. It's said to help regulate cortisol and allow deeper restorative sleep. I have alot of history of chronic dysregulation, but I thought I had dealt with most of it, until I tried this and my spine has been pressing out so much imbalances now for 3 weeks straight. I had no idea it could be Locked in this deep in the tissues. So I haven't felt the 'clarifying ' effect just yet. it has rather been taking me into deeper embodiment, by resolving old residue, Im fascinated it actually could affect me this deeply. it made me MORE tired and disrupted in cortisol, but I know its just temporary as its clearing. so hopefully after few months my spine and CNS will be better than ever. Really recommend- if you have time to decompress with it. because on me its been really intense.
