Women's B Complex, 60 MicroLingual® Instant Dissolve Tablets

My body stopped absorbing vitamin B12 from pill vitamins and I turned up anemic. My doctor suggested I try a sublinqual (under-the-tongue product.) This is the first product of this kind I have tried. I will know soon exactly how well my body absorbs it when I have more blood tests done soon*. But there is no reason to think this won't work just fine and, it has folic acid and other B-vitamins too! It disolves quickly and the taste isn't bad. *Just got blood test results and I am not only no longer anemic, I am on the high-side of B12 now! So its confirmed. It works!

When on sale at iHerb, I will stock up as it is the best B-Complex supplement I have taken. I often put 2 Tabs into a dish of plain full-fat yogurt, cover - and leave out overnight. Then in the morning mix the dissolved Tabs further, before adding fresh berries, and eating. Instant energy and very good for your gut health! iHerb has best prices. I wish they would also stock more of Superior Source regular B Complex however, as they are usually Sold Out even when offered at their everyday pricing.

The real taste of real B vitamins, unflavored. Not everybody likes it, but I do. The tablets dissolve really fast, sometimes instantly, but I don't put them under the tongue - just put in the mouth, wait for dissolution and then swallow. I like the high dose of B12 (which helps the brain) and the low dose of B3 (typical high dose in other brands gives me migraines). The dose of B2 is also higher than in other brands, it also helps with migraines.

I got this high dose B vitamin to take when I am run down and need a boost of B vits. I would not take such high dose of B vits daily - I keep this one for when I have an acute need. It is sublingual which is important for absorption especially for B12 - pop under the tongue and let vitamins absorb into the large blood vessels under the tongue. It is hard to find a sublingual B vit (ie a good quality one) - I used to by a liquid one which was very expensive and hard to travel with as large glass heavy bottle. Tablets are better / safer for air travel. This represents excellent value - the dosage is for two but I find I only need one. Some reviewers complain about taste - I don't mind it - I am more pleased that it does not have synthetic additive ingredients (like flavourings, sweeteners etc). I keep this in my medicine cabinet to take when I have over done things or caught a virus, or I travel with it to recover from jet lag.

they are nice and small, you keep one under your tongue until dissolves, so for those who doesn't like swallowing pills, these are a much better option (according to my wife who took them).

this formula seems to be all that we need of the provided supplements - in a very easy to swallow tab

i was prescribed these by my health provider to benefit my nervous system. i see overall benefits, the quality is good but i can't stand the taste as these need to be chewed. and even if i drink a lot water after, the taste lingers for quite a long time

I'm a fan of sublingual tablets, not so much a fan of the cherry flavor. But still good value, and convenient.

i will order it more. good quality and price i order the same but for kids and i really see effect
