Chewable GABA, Orange, 90 Chewable Tablets

I have been using it for a while and waited with a review to share my feedback. Already ordered another bottle. I take 1 chewable tablet (250 mg) once a day around 1PM on an empty stomach with the main purpose - to provide additional food for my neurons. I do see the difference - I am more focused, work longer and get tired at a later hour, when I wake up my head is clear. Also I noticed that my migraine attacks last a little bit shorter than before. I do recommend this form of GABA - in chewable tablets.

Love the flavor and I think it works quicker because it is a chewable. I do wish it came in a smaller size because they do get soft after time.. maybe it would be good to throw them in a glass jar with more moisture packets. But they are still effective to help relax the mind at bedtime. Or to help calm the nerves during the day. They have even helped my stomach pain before. I intuitively felt that was going to help and it sure did! So if I have digestive stress or reflux, I do take this and pure aloe juice.

A very good tablet for quickly easing my anxiety when something very upsetting has happened. My doctor is ok with me using it which is a plus too.

Not bad tasting, but i do notice they go soft before the bottle is finished . Will try a different brand next

Chewable's way to go if taking late at night so you don't need to drink water. Gaba helps one to relax. May help during middle of night wakeups.
