This jam, while having no actual SUGAR in it, is TOO SWEET! It's like hurts your teeth level sweet. I have tried other flavors from this same brand and they have been a nice medium amount of sweet so I'm not sure why this one is overly sweet. I will still use it, but more like as a syrup for pancakes than jam to go on toast.
The pure ingredients without added sugar and harmful oil content in it are what I have been looking for.. Many of the store bought products are so unhealthy and harm health .I am so glad to find iherb, and I already recommended so many people to find healthy products from the website. This jam tastes natural and not overly sweet. The black raspberry flavor is light and smooth, and you can tell it’s made with quality fruit. Great to use on toast or with yogurt. The glass jar size is just right and not too huge or too small. I just wish the raspberry taste was a bit stronger.

As always, St. Dalfour spreads taste wonderful. The jar is not that comfortable to use, but it's already iconic. A bit pricey for the size, but can't beat the clean ingredients.
