Tastes great and mixes super easily with just a spoon in a cup of water. Only 2g of sugar per scoop and it honestly feels like a really high-quality product.
ON is my go to for protein powder. Great texture, not chalky at all. Great protein source, it’s 24g of protein which I like. It also has pretty good mix-ability, I do find sometimes in my protein shaker it does clump together sometimes, but I mix it in with a milk frother and that works real well. I can’t say too much about the actual taste, but this one is not overly sweet. I’ll likely just get a plain flavour like vanilla next time though. I use this one in protein shakes, as well as fruit smoothies and they both taste good.

I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey for a while now, and the Cookies & Cream flavor is by far my favorite. It mixes well, is easy on the stomach, and keeps me full after workouts. I’ve noticed an improvement in muscle recovery and overall strength. The taste is great, not too sweet, and it doesn't leave that weird aftertaste some protein powders do. At 4.65 lbs, it’s a great value for the quality you’re getting!

I am a nighttime refluxer with LPR this has helped me a lot to combat the condition, I have realized that a single tablet or even half is the sweet spot, 2 as instructed usually cause more issues, I think it's because of the stomach being too full and that creates opportunity for the LES to relax. So if you are a nighttime refluxer, take that into account, overall great product.
