It really looks like it cuts calories. I also go to the bathroom the next day. I don't exercise separately, but I don't feel like I'm gaining weight. I think it's a product that can have a better effect if you exercise at the same time.
It helps carbohydrates not absorbed too much in your body but I can't say it works dramatically. However it definitely helps my mental health. Recommended.

I have ordered these starch blockers a 2nd time. This is the 1st time. Sometimes I do not fully read the directions. If I see a number as I did on this bottle, I saw 15 and I assumed 15 seconds and I was eating almost immediately instead of waiting 15 minutes as the directions says. I will not know until I finish the bottle I have recently received to know if it actually works.
