This has been a game changer for me . I’ve struggled with hypo thyroidism for a long time and I added this to my routine and my thyroid is now in the normal range. I take the full recommended doe of 6 per day but I stack on . Ie one at a time if not it makes me feel a bit dizzy. I have lost some weight but not sure if it’s this or the overall all calorie deficit diet I’m on ! Definately a quality product and well worth the price

This is a huge pill. I start using this because of thyroid problems. Immediately, my hair stops falling, and I notice that on the second day of use. The tightness around my neck went away around 5 days after taking this pill. Lots and lots of energy. I took two pills as indicated but it was too much for me( use it as a loading dose) so I use two for the first 3 days and then cut back to one a day. Now I have one every other day. Listen to your body, talk to your doctor and modify along the way. I feel more energized and not stressed about losing my hair. Hope it works for you. Great quality supplement. Good packaging.
