I love the California Natural Wild Oregano Oil Capsules. They are easy to take and I know they definitely help my gut health. If I ever feel that a UTI may be starting I take two (2) capsules in the morning and then two (2) capsules in the afternoon or evening and I can guarantee I don't have that feeling the next day. I always continue taking only two (2) capsules daily after that for a week. I know I should take them daily but I'm a tad slack with taking supplements. I definitely feel really good within myself taking them daily though. I also take them regularly if I feel I may be coming down with a cold etc.
