I really felt no improvement. There was no relief from pain, which was my main hope. The bottle is easy to use, but what is the point if the product in the container is not soothing? The scent was mild, so I didn't wind up smelling like I'd used a product "down there"--so that's good. And the package is plastic, so it's easy to take with you. But I didn't think it was fabulous.

I bought this for my postpartum healing. I had bought it for my swcond birth, and it was really great. It helped with the healing process as I had stitches. I bought it for my third birth, did not have any stitches, but it helped for relief sfter birth snd hemorrhoids. The quality is great. The scent is really nice. I love the conveniet package You can use the spray when the bottle is bottoms up. Recommend.

Really nice package , Quality and size and about the scent I still did not open it so I don't know about it i will use it for my postpartum to Benefit from its properties I ordered the unscented one because I have a sensitive skin hopefully it is gentle on my skin I really won't like their ingredients of it

This is a must to pack for your hospital bag together with the balm. Compare to the balm this is lighter and helped to cool and reduce the pain with my perineum whilst the cream helped to heal it. Using together they really helped my perineum heal quickly and has a nice feel to it. I wish I knew about this earlier with my first baby. I’m at my second week with 3rd degree tear and my perineum has healed nicely. I didn’t have to take too many medication like last time for the pain.
