I use this for calming nerves internally and other sores externally. It has to be mixed with aloe or other such for external use or it will burn. This is so good because it is alcohol free. I just ordered a different brand which is also good forgetting this one. Wish I would've remembered this alcohol free brand!D

I have this in some water in the morning or before bed if I'm going to have a heavy meal. It works wonders in aiding digestion and is pleasant to mix with some water.

Lemon balm is great to take to calm the brain and nervous system. It's an herb that's really supportive for help with falling asleep. Some people might like to try to for anxiety in general, but I prefer taking before bed. I like that eclectic uses organic herbs in their ingredients for a higher quality of product...

I was very surprised by the taste when I tried some of this product. I usually take my tinctures straight on my tongue, although I do buy glycerin tinctures and this one is alcohol. I was shocked by the strong and bad taste. I’m pretty sure I will be able to get used to it though. I really like eclectic products and I I think they are very good quality products with natural, minimal ingredients.
