I got this for my husband to help with his allergies. He takes it everyday with other supplements. They seem to calm his histamine madness. This company is clean i bought a few other products too.
I think this helped my seasonal allergies but didn't eradicate them (unfortunately). I think it also benefited when I took it with quercetin and bromelain. My midwife told me that you want freeze dried nettle for allergies so... this fits that bill and there aren't any other ingredients in it.
This nettle leaf is very good for my allergies mostly sinuses. I think the ingredients, quality and packaging is well done, but every time I'm ordering it, the price keeps going up. It seems to be overpriced with this last price increase I may have to find another alternative which makes me sad. Maybe if it came in bigger bottle sizes it would be a better price break.
Nettle leaf seems to work really super well for hayfever. I take one pill every day a few weeks before the allergy season starts. I have a seamless transition into the season without having my eyes being itchy or my nose running.
