I highly recommend this Garlic supplement having felt numerous benefits since I began taking one pill a day two months ago. My blood pressure has lowered and my immune systems feels much more robust. No winter viruses or illnesses since I started. The big size is good value for money too.
Garlic in general has given me more energy and better coordination. I am in my 50s and wearing heels has been giving issues recently, my balance and coordination has improved after taking garlic. This garlic brand does not have an odour, I take it with food during breakfast or lunch, would not advise to take at dinner, may affect rest and sleep. This is my personal opinion, I maybe lacking this nutrient, it might be different for someone else.

These quality delayed-release garlic tablets have almost no garlic taste but they do have a strong garlic smell. I believe they would bring more benefit without the delayed release, like breaking each tablet into two, although they end up having a garlic taste that way...
I did not find satisfactory or noticeable results with this supplement. I normally go with Kyolique but because this was on sale I tried it. I did finish the whole bottle but again, I felt is was not for me. I did not remember much of a garlic taste either. I imagine there are some benefits but again I felt I was unimpressed with this supplement.
