This is a wonderful, high quality and delicious tasting breakfast cereal. the puffed millet is light, very easy to digest and doesn't irritate my sensitive GI tract. I have an ileostomy and this cereal passes easily. I love it with almond milk, grated apple, and a little powdered stevia. Best of all, it costs very little for a large bag. I paid under $3.00 online.
We can't eat most pre-made cereals right now, but wanted a quick breakfast cereal for busy mornings. On its own, this puffed millet was nothing to write home about, but I found a recipe online for making millet granola. Tossed with coconut butter, a little xylitol and with some chopped nuts, then toasted for 20 minutes, this was a delicious, crunchy cereal. I would recommend it if you're looking for an alternative to oats.
Great cereal , always fresh and so healthy. The prices here are very reasonable and fair for the amount of product you get. I’ve been using this brand for a very long time and was so happy to find it on the iherb website. The quality and ingredients are also exactly what I would expect , the best .
l add single-ingredient Arrowhead to my shopping list as my go-to for sweetener -free cereal and would recommend for diets that may include weight control /loss benefit . l especially like the minimal handy-size packaging, nutty wholesome composition , aroma and taste that suggests quality. I use any time not just breakfast, great filler snack , (9no care to serving size) with zero guilt !

Good quality ingredients and composition. It’s like little tiny balls of popcorn akin to beanbag beans tbh lol. But it makes a mess if you’re not careful, since they are so light and tiny
Puffed Millet Cereal is so versatile. You can have it with your milk of choice with some added fruit. Lightly toast it first to bring out a slightly nutty flavor and make it a bit crunchier. Make some awesome granola with it and add it to yogurt. This quality cereal is made from ancient grain millet and that's the only ingredient. So it's good for you and tastes great.
