This really does give you good clean energy with no jitters. I have ADHD and this is one of the things I take instead of prescription drugs. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. It also helps improve my mental focus. I have also noticed improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. The ingredients are great!
I can't say that the effect of energy was immediate, but it is definitely there. The menstrual cycle leveled off after the first week of taking it and still holds (after the end of the cycle of vitamins). I hope it will be like this for a long time. and energy was added, the strength to walk long distances in those moments where it was impossible before.

This product is good if I only take 1 tablet. The supplement I had been using for years was discontinued. This one is ok, but I will probably try something else to compare.
