I've never tasted such butter before. I was disappointed at first because the taste is bit bitter, and I expected it to be sweet due to cashew. But sesame taste is quite strong. However, whenever I make a smoothie with yogurt and banana, I add this butter and it's fine. The bitterness goes away. I haven't tried it with salad dressings yet, but I think it should be ok too.

This is the traditional sesame tahini but it is great quality. the size of jar is good , will finish while it is still fresh. use it in cooking or directly with dates honey. received in good packaging no leaking composition is good no oil separation on top. so fresh smell, Highly recommended .
