This citric acid is non-irradiated and can be used for cooking, cleaning and also storing cut up fruit while preventing the typical browning. It can be a preservative as well. So many uses and it’s natural which is my preference! This citric acid is obtained from a non-GMO corn source. I trust Frontier Co-op products, I’ve been using them for years!

I take baking soda and citric acid mix (1/4 tsp each) with a cup of warm water first thing every morning for alkalize my body and feel great!
