I got this to lower my cortisol. Frontier seems to use quality ingredients and I have always been happy with my purchases. I had a cup of tea in the evening and it did help me relax and fall asleep. Unfortunately, I had a reaction to passionflower :( , so I wont be able to use it. I suggest you search for allergic cross reactions if you have known allergies, but I do highly recommend this for relaxation for anyone who can drink it.
