I am really not a fan of the smell of these, so I would say don’t get them if you’re trying to make an elderflower syrup (that’s why I ordered them but I won’t be using them for that). Right now I’m using them in a tea mix for overall health benefits. You get a LOT of flowers; they filled up my half gallon mason jar.
This tea is sooo fragrant! I add rosehips and some honey and it tastes like juice, sooo nourishing!! High quality and great for respiratory issues like flu and cough, and great for a bath tea too.
I make an immune boost mixing half elderberry and astragalus. Great mix and helps keep the whole family and friends healthy

Elder flower makes a soothing tea, good for lymphatic drainage, menstrual pain, moistening the body. I like blending elder flower with passion flower and red clover. This used this herb a lot because of its gentle taste. Great quality and easy to use with its bulk packaging. It's definitely a stable.
I often get herbs from frontier for their quality ingredients. Also love that they offer large size packages. I use this herb in many different blends and herbal remedies.

Size is huge, the package can protect the contents from sunlight. Caffeine free. Taste is not strong when compared to other brands. Uses and benefits are reduce coughing and improve immune system. High quality tea, i drink it everyday. Not sure about the blend and ingredient. Serving number could be hundreds.
