I first came across Cayenne on Dr Axe. He was promoting the idea that gargling a solution with Cayenne would help to kill bacteria and heal sore throats. I have been adding Cayenne into my breakfast eggs and can't get enough of them. I used to purchase only a small bottle from Simply Organic but now I am getting a big bag because I LOVE IT. One of the amazing stuff that I like. Cayenne is really benefits the whole body. amazing for Cardiovascular and blood circulatory system. the heat units is very high (90000 units). it has special aroma and fast acting in the body. it can be used in cooking; it goes with various cuisine and dishes. I also love to drink it before going to bad mixing it with a spoon of Organic Apple Vinegar. it just does wonder in the body. highly recommended it. will keep buying.

Great for cuts, stops bleeding quickly by covering bleeding area with cayenne. When bleeding stops cover area with turmeric powder to promote quick healing of the skin. Clean brand no extra ingredients. Colour is very dark. Has many health and diet benefits. It’s a staple in my house used raw on food or for cooking. The size of the package makes for many servings and lasts a long time.
