The package arrived quickly, and the. Taste is amazing! I was hesitant because I thought the coarse texture would make be a problem , but it creates no problem at all. I use black pepper in many recipes, as a frequent ingredient in my vegan whole food diet, and the quality is very high! Tastes so good, I add it to my coffee mix so as to enjoy the flavor and benefits of it. The size of the package is quite impressive, I keep it in mason jars in the freezer!

I use this almost daily for my curcumin intake which I believe is more bioabsorbable than turmeric although I do mix this together with that when I use it for my food. Well ground and suits my cooking well; recommended. If they can come up with a mixture of this and turmeric in some useful optimal bioabsorbable proportion for curcumin that would be ideal.
