Organic whole Milk Thistle seed is just the best one among milk thistle products. I grind the seeds and take a tsp 30 minutes before a meal to help my liver perform. Excellent quality and taste.

The quality of ingredients is good, it taste also tolerable, some herbs are bitter I add more licorice to make it sweeter, overall it’s health benefits makes it fine.
