We add 1/3 a glass jar (small) of this dried onion and then add water to within 1/2 inch of the top and allow to hydrate in the frig and use as needed. It keeps about 2 weeks which is about the time we take to use it up. Lovely flavor! And if your intestinal flora is good, no problems with digestion.

Good size, good quality, good brand. Convenient to have in the pantry because I get tired of cutting onions and crying. I have yet to actually use these, but I opened the bag and put into a jar for later use.
This chopped onion packs quite the flavor for being dried and is good quality. Smells great and sometimes I like eating some of it out of the bag. It is crunchy but when applied to soups or heated with sauce, it gets soft quickly and will incorporate well with other ingredients and recipe you are cooking up. Tastes fresh and lasts a long time.

I am actually very pleased with the quality of this product. You get a good amount for the price. Plus it smells great. I use this as an ingredient in many of my recipes. Taste is full and smell is fresh. Will be buying this again. Great find for the price.
As someone who doesn’t cut the onions in our household, I often forget to add them to soups and stews. These onions make the after thought easy to solve, and add an extra flavor to anything - try toasting them and using on salads. They keep forever, and while a bit expensive are a real time saver if you’re in a hurry.
Of course as a cook, this is so easy to use. And now that I make everything from scratch, this is essential. It is high quality and a great product.
I use dry onions when I am short on time and the dish calls for diced onions I add them to salad dressings, sprinkle on home baked tofu with a tamari, add them to bean soup. They add a ton of flavor without tears.
