Organic Cut & Sifted Ginger Root, 16 oz (453 g)

I’ve used a different brand of organic dried ginger, but have always been happy with the quality of Frontier Co-op. I was disappointed with this dried ginger. It is more like a granular consistency. Compared to the other brand I question if this ginger is a byproduct of some other product. In the photo, you can see the ginger on top is big and the bottom is granular. The Frontier co-op is the bottom layer.

this ginger is really delicious and definitely high quality - i've been ordering herbs for a few years now for my herbal tea business so i've encountered many flops but frontier never disappoints. great price for great quality.

I used to get organic ginger from other distributor. I just found that they are from China. Thank god, i find this one. I can add this to my herbal tea

While I prefer fresh ginger in my tea, I’ve found this to be the best suitable replacement. It’s strong, has a great aroma and brews well. It works perfect when traveling or if I don’t have the time to clean and cut fresh ginger. It taste amazing and assists in detoxification of the body.

If I don't have time to cut fresh ginger, this is an amazing time saver. Just through this in a steeper and pour some hot water in. Good to go!

This is my all-time favorite tea. In the evening I put two teaspoons in a 22 oz container (you could work out your proportions). Then strain it out in the morning. If I made it I the morning it would need to steep about 20 minutes. I keep the product in a ball jar or two. I toss the spent ginger around the property! There is not a lot of value for plants but at least it is going back to nature!

After scraping off more skin on one finger than I can quantify, I switched from fresh ginger to Frontier Co-op's dried ginger. It's so much easier to fill my tea basket with the dried ginger than simmering the peeled & sliced fresh ginger while a finger is bleeding. Even tastes better.

Good quality good ingredients good size and packaging is sealed but would prefer ziplock packaging. The taste and use is good and natural caffeine free the blend is okay but it benefits my health so I like this product and the frequency of me repurchasing it is high it has roughly 100 servings

Wow the quality and taste are amazing! I make my own tea blends and this ginger goes into everything! The marshmallow root fennel tea, the verbena tea, the Indian spice tea… it makes such a difference! The package size is perfect and for me the benefits are there especially in winter as it is a staple ingredient in almost every tea composition!
