This is a must have in the cupboard. Makes any soup, sauce, pasta etc. taste better instantly. Fresh taste and smell. Onions are super healthy, but if you plan to keep leftovers in the fridge for days it's better to use onion powder I think. Fresh onions don't last as well.
A couple of years ago I stopped buying spices from big box stores and switched to Frontier brand organic. I have never looked back, and this onion powder is no exception. I love the taste (and the smell) of these onion granules. This is a quality product - I just wish the package was bigger - I use it all the time!! Highly recommend - much tastier than powdered onion.
I'm happy to be able to order these from iHerb; it's an item not available in my area. Eventually, the granules may congeal in our climate...I tap the bottle to loosen them with each use. Worst case, I add a little water and use them as a paste instead of a powder; so far, so good with my recent purchase!
another quality frontier product, the taste is great and I use it frequently in almost all.of stirfried veggies, pastas and soyps.I follow a plant based SOS free diet so this substitutes salt for me.the size of the package is big and I keep it stored in a mason jar in the freezer.will buy again.
