In my search for Alfalfa, I found this one by Frontier Co-op - a 16 oz. (what I consider an abundant amount for the price) organic, cut and sifted leaf variety. I've been consuming it for a while now, and have enjoyed the savoring of its smell and taste. I use about 1 tablespoon as an ingredient in my lunch meal mixtures.

Great quality. Clean ingredients. Taste is good, I usually mix alfalfa with other nourishing herbs to make a natural bioavailable multivitamins. Size of package is good and last for a long time . Always add peppermint or lemon balm to make a tea more aromatic and delicious. Alfalfa is so rich in vitamins and minerals 😍
A good base for herbal tea. Grassy and earthy. No caffeine and a little goes a long way. A pound is a lot, but you'll have tea for a year.

This is my first purchase of alfalfa tea and the quality seems to be very fresh. The big bag will last me a long time. I mix this in with a few other herbs to make a tea blend so I haven't tasted it on its own but it blends in very nicely. It has a wonderful fresh, grassy smell.
