As I write this I’m sipping on some anise seed tea! 😌I love how smooth it is. I use it my baking and I use it to make milk teas. It’s delicious. Excited to make some extract with it too! I liked how it was packaged in a dark bag to protect the product to maximize freshness. I appreciate that AND it’s great quality! ☺️

I use it in baking bread. Great taste. The Frontier Co-op anise seeds are potent and expiration date of the bag I have received is in 3 years.
Frontier co-op has many economical choices for seeds and herbs. Their taste and quality has never failed me, nor has their packaging, and you get a big sized package too! I have never found anything there shouldn't be in their packages (such as debris, bad herbs or seeds, rocks, bugs, etc.) And I have never received any expired products. I use anise seeds as an ingredient in certain Nordic recipes and it can be hard to find in America. I do not use them frequently when it is not the wintertime, but I mostly use them for pickles, breads, and cookies. This package definitely lasts longer for me than caraway or poppy seeds as I use those significantly more!
This a high quality product. The taste is incredible it only takes a sprinkle to enhance the flavor of any meal. I use Whole Foods that contain no added sodium, so I use a quarter teaspoon on my dish of food because I run low on sodium in my diet. The size of their package makes the price a great value. This salt is a huge benefit to someone like me who is health conscious about the composition of my meals.
Nice tea with a bit of liquorice taste. Anise seed tea's benefits include aiding digestion by reducing gas, bloating, and indigestion, soothing coughs and cold symptoms. Great price for the amount you get. Size works good for me. Great quality. Only good benefits.
