Excellent quality. 100% pure. I have been consuming for many years. Every morning I drink a blend of powdered ginger 5g, 150ml of water, 5ml of apple cider vinegar, Turmeric 5g, macha 3g, and a pinch of black pepper. Great for the immune system. Antioxidant. It gives me a lot of energy. After taking it, I wait 15 minutes to have my breakfast. This blended is very healthy but It is not tasty to drink so I drink through a straw. This organic ground ginger is excellent quality with a strong, fresh aroma. The large 16 oz size is great value and lasts a long time. I use it daily in my tea and cooking - it adds wonderful warmth to dishes and helps with digestion. The powder is fine and blends smoothly without clumping. Ginger is always good for the body, in these times especially when we need that immunity boost. I love that it’s in powder form, it comes in a big bag and a little of it goes a long way. Adding pinches of it in my smoothies and will try to bake ginger cookies with it too.

Definitely recommend when you domt want to spend all time time dehydrating and grinding yourself this is my go to. Not as fresh smelling as when you do it yourself eith fresh ginger but same great taste in soups and topping. Great quailty as well.

Who needs a pound of ginger? Well, you'd be surprised. I know I was. Having accidentally purchased ground ginger instead of "cut and sifted", I set about finding useful culinary applications. It was very easy to find them. Granola, salads, herbal infusions, stews, ice-cream; the list is endless. This is excellent ginger. Aromatic, delicious and versatile. A welcome error on my part!

I always have Frontier Co-op Organic Ground Ginger Root in my pantry. It is excellent for use in both sweet and savory dishes and has a fresh, spicy flavour. I often will have a ginger root tea which is very refreshing. The composition of the power is very fine and the packaging is excellent.
