This is good for what it is - - powdered stevia leaf. If you're expecting a refined stevia taste, this isn't it. It's very sweet, but not the 200 times sweeter than sugar type. Just my guess but it's maybe 30 times sweeter than sugar. This will have a grassy flavor that is characteristic of the stevia leaf. So, just a heads up--know what you're buying.

Yeah. . . a heaping teaspoon of this can make the. . . "foulest" tasting "healthy" smoothie ascend to tolerable. . . and pure unadultrated stevia in powder-form is not only cheaper than the stevia processed with erythritol, but it's also healthier (read NATURAL, and not chemical). This is the leaf from the stevia plant. . . ground into fine powder. .. and nothing more.
I don’t like the white powdered stevia so tried the powdered stevia herb. Actually I was surprised how much I like the taste. I even put some in a salt shaker to sprinkle on fruit when it’s too tart. It is a learning experience for how much to use, because too much becomes bitter.
I love this powder. I have switched to only using stevia herb powder or monk fruit powder for sweetening. Once you get used to the approximate proportions for replacing sugar, it works very well in lots of recipes. I find that I dislike the stevia taste for things like fruit pies, but it's fine with chocolate, sweetened teas, and other desserts. I recommend you to experiment with the flavors and find what you like. I often do a blend of stevia powder and monk fruit powder to balance out the sweetness and flavor of each one. The only recipes that are hard to replace are ones like cookies where the sugar is an important element in the baking. Otherwise, I use this for everything and I'm never going back to sugar. It feels great to use a real plant powder also and not an extract or something created in a lab.
This is a lot of Stevia powder! I forgot how little we need to use of Stevia. So this size will probably last you a long time. This is the green powder made of quality ingredients, and not the processed white powder. The taste depends on how much you use. Get it right and it taste great, have too much and it's not that nice.
This is real stevia powder! It's green! I'm not sure how the other brands are white but they must have been processed heavily. I love the flavor of this powder. It adds a little bit of sweetness with no bitterness at all! And a little bit goes a long way! It seems expensive, but it's actually very economical as it's sold by the pound. I was paying $6.99 elsewhere for a 2 oz bottle of stevia liquid.
This is probably the least processed stevia you can buy and worth every penny. A little goes a very long way. I mix this mostly with my yogurt, oatmeal, and smoothies...sometimes a bit when baking
We use this powder stevia leaf every day for oir coffee and tea, For coffee making I just put desired amount right in with the beans when grinding. Tea I stir in with the bag as it brews. It tastes great and is a more whole product than the extract which we like,
I use thus powder daily because it benefits my diabetes and a low sugar diet. I consider the quality good because of the composition... natural ingredients, just Stevia leaf. The taste is licorice-like, so I soak it in hot water and use the water in various recipes that require a serving of water with sugar. The size and packaging is economical, especially when on sale. I love this product.
This is real stevia, with all its pros and cons, without any additives. The downside is that you can't use it to sweeten coffee or tea, as you wouldn't like the taste, But it's great for cooking or sweetening smoothies that contain a lot of bitter ingredients. It is very sweet.
