Good quality minced onion. Nice sized flakes. Fragrant but not overpowering. They came in a plain bag that was not resealable so I put them into a glass jar. Cook up good as an everything pretzel seasoning.

I use a lot of dehydrated onion on my raw veggies and in cooking but it can be pricey. Buying it in this size from Iherb saved me a ton of money as you can easily spend $ 6 for a few ounces at your local supermarket

I tried this once and ever since, I'm hooked on adding this to many of my dinner dishes. It has a very deep rich smokey flavor of onion, one that you cannot get from putting in fresh onions. I also sprinkle it on my salads too, for a bit of crunch and that slight onion depth of flavor. This is also fantastic to replace salt because it is so rich in flavor.

So much more flavor when only minced instead of powdered. Use it for everything from taco seasoning, dips to adding to roasts. Also love that it is organic too.
