Use it in my apple cider vinegar hair rinse. It says help with the shining. So, I soak lavender, rosemary, basil, rose, nettle, horsetail...in the apple cider vinegar. Dilute like 2 tbsp to 16oz of water. Rinse once per month and the result is so good. Hair is soft and shinning. The package and size are great and good for our environment.

I bought this because horsetail is a good source of natural silica. I read that silica is needed along with calcium to build bones and I need to build up my bone density. Steeping a large spoonful in a cup of hot water makes a very nice herbal tea which tastes similar to green tea.
