This has lingered for years in my cupboard. It expired 5 years ago! I had a bad asthma and post nasal drip flare and decided to use this product as I needed something that dealt with mucous. WOW!! It was extremely effective. I purchased a liquid extract instead to replace this and it was worthless. This is so affordable and effective that I’m buying more!!
I thought it was incredible. I had a cough for a few days and it didn't get better with anything... So I started taking this supplement and in 4 days I got a lot better... a lot. I liked that because it was natural I didn't have any side effects and the formula contains the ingredient acetylcysteine which helped me eliminate mucus too!! The quality of the product is excellent.
I was very skeptical about this working for me. I have asthma, chronicle bronchitis, and I am an ex smoker. My lungs mysteriously started hurting about three years ago and three doctors later, they chocked it up to pleurisy. The antibiotics worked until I inevitably got sick again. My brother cannot swallow pills, so we crush them for him, but this one is so yuk, we then mix it with sweet jam. Thenit is palatable. But it is worth it - as we have seen a marked improvement in his chronic lung conditions since taking it over the past 2 months
I have purchased several products from this brand so far and have been satisfied with it, so I trusted and bought this. I take one a day on an empty stomach in the morning. It's been two months since I ate. There were no side effects and there were individual differences, but there was no effect that felt particularly good for me.
Didn’t take this long enough to see its effects. Finished a bottle but not wowed. Unlike cordyceps. That one helped with better breathing and greater energy. Very evident after a week. Most likely won’t repurchase
since i started using this product, my cheek acne is 90% gone! i even stopped using this for 3 months to see if i don't need it anymore, but my acne worsened, A LOT, now I'm back to using this product and my cheeks are nearly free of acne.
