Good quality supplement with a strong formula. The ingredients seem well chosen and the liquid softgels are easy to swallow. I definitely noticed an energy and stimulation effect, but it’s very potent — for me, taking 2 softgels at once was way too strong, so 1 works much better. No real taste issues. Overall effective, but start with a low dose.
I have been taking Irwin yohimbe plus for years now. The potency is great. Takingcthe whole gel is a little too much for me .i recommend if its your first time, bite into the gel and take in a small amount of the liquid.
