The quality of the ingredient is superb! The size of the tablet is huge but I dont mind since one tab is already 1,000 mg. It has helped my immunity a lot. I dont get sick more often since it is a great antioxidant. The potency is good yet its acidity is neutral in fact, sometimes I take it on an empty stomach and I have no problems whatever. The effect is very good on my skin too, I can see an afterglow when Im taking this. I take it with Zinc Picolinate. The package is huge. I also like that there is no sour taste.
