I was recently in a car accident and had major bruising. A friend recommended arnica. So many of these supplements don't actually contain any arnica but this one does. I put it on and the next morning the difference was amazing. Even my husband could see the difference (and he usually pays little attention to anything like that). This stuff is simply amazing! I bought my 1st tube back in April and will never be without it again! In Sept. I fell on some steps and landed on my low back and jerked my neck. As soon as I was able to get up, I knew I was hurt really bad. My neck was in spasms already and my back wasn't feeling much better. I used the Arniflora on both areas when I got home and continued using them throughout the week. Although I went to the ER to get checked out and got a couple of perscriptions for pain meds and muscle relaxers, I only had to take a couple. I had very slight bruising and by the end of the week, you couldn't even see the bruise on my back. I felt like a new person and am so thankful I had this stuff on hand. I highly recommend it to everyone I know when they have any aches or pains that won't go away!

It's a nongreasy gel that does seem to speed the healing of bruises. I also used it on my thumbs after I had overworked myself doing some yardwork. It provided some relief from the stiffness, but it's not a painkiller.

My grandmother used Arnica and then so did my mom. Now I use it and my grown sons and their wives use it too. But the Arniflora is one of the best. So glad I found the best!

I like the fact that it contains mostly herbal ingredients instead of chemical, and it does help my wrist pain after a week's use

Arniflora's arnica gel goes on easily and feels very refreshing as it becomes absorbed. It is also priced very well compared to other arnica gels.
