Rehmannia Six Combination, 100 Vegetarian Capsules

I did the research for my menopause symptoms in TCM articles. My symptoms were hot flashes (but not extremely severe ones, so not bone steaming) dizziness, knee and low back pain, weak eyes, and disturbed sleep. I compared my symptoms to be sure what type of situation I had and for me it is yin deficiency. It's important to know something about TCM and herbal treatments before you self medicate. After taking 3 pills for 3 times a day for about 2 weeks, my hot flashes diminished in intensity and frequency and I was able to sleep better. I'm still taking the pills, though. If I stop, the flashes come back. Regularity in taking the pills is necessary because it takes time for them to work. It's not a quick fix.

Very good quality. Benefit: it seems to have quickly helped with my son's kidney problem. His urine is no longer bubbly. Dosage and size: need to take 3 capsules at a time but not hard to do so. There's a little leafy odour but not bad at all. Will purchase again.

Six Dragon Rehmannia is a fantastic product that has been a very helpful part of my kidney disease protocol. The quality of the product and it's the quality of it's ingredients have been very beneficial in aiding me in helping me keep my condition under a level of control. The size and dosage of the pills is quite acceptable and very beneficial when used along with other supplement I take purchased through iHerb. It does have a bit of a smell to it and does declare it contains lead, but I thoroughly checked this out, due to my condition and was ensured it would be a benefit to take and does not affect the taste.

I'm very happy with this product. I bought it to support my kidneys and I think it helped me a lot while I was using it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that could benefit from increasing their Qi energy. The ingredients seem high quality and I love the packaging.

Kidneys seem to like it. Wish they cut out the fillers and didn’t put so few capsules (under a month supply) in the bottle OR offered larger sizes, while also setting the dose at 6/day. But so far so good, I’ll keep taking since I am seeing benefits after about 1.5 bottles.

This brand hrlped me years ago do tsking it again. Sensitive so started with one a day, now going to 3 a day. Clean ingredients.

The company is known for its quality products, the size of the capsules is great for me to swallow and I hope it helps with kidney energy (fear) so will wait to see the benefit although I started with the lowest dosage, one capsule per day. The ingredients are natural deriving from TCM.
