I love this in a diffuser, or even more so topically with a carrier oil for back pain and other aching areas. Be cautious though, it is quite intense!

Sweet, cooling peppermint scent! Lovely to add into my lotions or a couple drops in my bath. I also put some drops with coconut to oil pull for fresh breath. I also add a drop into my supplement capsules and it works wonders for bloating. Versatile and great quality.
