My wife struggles with the pain of Fibromyalgia. She has experienced a significant decrease in pain using this product. It gives you a nice warm feeling. I take it as the dosage is recommended. The size of the bottle is good if you want to try it out. I would recommend a larger one if you like it and want to take it throughout the winter months.
