Very nice lavender spray. As usual the aroma doesn't last that long (approx. 10 minutes). But it's more than enough if you spray it just before going to bed. I also really like the size of the bottle for the price I'm paying. Because usually these mists have max 50 ml and this one is 118 ml. You can also spray it on the clothes you are wearing to unwind a little throughout the day. I don't recommend to spray it directly onto your face especially if you are prone to allergies. My mom has difficulty sleeping and she used this!! It has an amazing scent and the size is perfect! Can be use for a long time and is beneficial for people who have difficulty in sleeping! Soothing and relaxing feel after spraying it on the bed/room! Lavender tea is also good for sleeping!

I use this Aura Cacia essential oil spray for different purposes. In hot weather, I spray it onto body wipes for a refreshing sponge bath. One of the benefits of lavender oil is that it helps to promote sleep. So I also spray it on my pillow. The natural scent is both relaxing and refreshing.
