I recently started taking this supplements to help improve my strength. I have been very pleased with the results. Very digestible and no odour or taste. I found these a good source of the Omegas I needed. I didn't use it for long enough to say it helped with skin elasticity. But I would still recommend this product for a natural alternative to sources of Omega 9 especially

In my case, I prefer the softgels as they are the most convenient. I also purchased the oil format to see if one was better than the other, but the oil slightly irritates my throat so I prefer the softgels. Sea buckthorn does seem to reduce inflammation so I will contine to use this.
