I use this alternately (or in combination) with dead sea salt for a relaxing bath soak. It has lots of minerals that our bodies need. Will use it forever! Recommended!
I chose this brand because it is Hammer-Crushed and Additive Free. I have read that dynamite is used to source some Himalayan salts. It doesn't say that no dynamite was used however. I take this to add salt to food, through a grinder. I live in a humid hot climate and also add a few grains to my water bottle to drink the minerals and electrolytes in a small quantity throughout the day.
