I had been reading about the health benefits of sesame seed oil and decided to try it. Mostly I use olive oil but I wanted an oil with a higher smoke point for cooking. So glad I found this oil. Its great for cooking and has a delicate flavor that I really enjoy. I also appreciate the packaging, a glass amber colored bottle. I just received my second bottle and will continue to reorder,however, I use it somewhat sparingly due ti the high cost.

This product is easy to use,, good smell scented the quality and the packaging is great the size of the product is just perfect,, I think the product is suitable for younger ages they will benefit more from it ,, I think it is not suitable for sensitive skin although it is so good
I love this oil. Eden Foods always makes delicious safe products. Their sesame oil is packaged in a brown bottle to keep it fresh. IHerb packages it to arrive safely, no breaking glass, no spills.
I LOVED this sesame oil. It is mild but tastes delicious and I don’t have any GI discomfort from it. Eden brand ranks high for good quality trustworthy products. However I stopped buying this oil years ago because I found out it’s sourced from Mexico instead of Japan. This was 4 years ago so I don’t know if it’s still sourced from Mexico. I felt misled because most Japanese food products are typically from Japan.
And, it has been found that those consuming 1 ounce of raw sesame oil per day lower blood pressure by 10 points. After ceasing, taking the sesame oil, blood pressure returned to previous values.
Eden foods organic sesame oil is the most excellent sesame oil available ..there are other brands that are cheaper, but not close to the quality of this oil. It has a wonderful fresh sesame smell. I use it in cooking ,on salads and vegetables, but it can also be used on the skin or as a carrier oil.
I love the taste of sesame oil . I put a little into my salad for better taste and sometimes put a bit into my pickled vegetables. I love that this oil is organic and unrefined. I also like that the bottle is brown coloured. I believe that the quality is great.
