I have had this product several days now and here are my results for using it for high blood pressure. I have taken garlic for years, but Arjuna made a HUGE difference. Garlic just kept it within borderline range and now its gone beyond borderline so I decided to try this to see if it would help. I am not having any side effects at all, and one of the largest benefits I got so far besides the huge drop in blood pressure is a large reduction in swelling and water retention in my body overall. I have had very taut swelled lower calves for a few years now and they are no longer swelled. No water retained there. They're normal again and my socks keep falling down. Another benefit I have had so far is the end of the heart palpitations I had been getting lately. These results are with my very sedentary lifestyle. I plan on getting a regular exercise schedule, but I wanted to show you what Arjuna has done so far with me.

I have bought this item twice for my mom 88 Yr old mom, who has an enlarged heart and suffers from swelling of the feet. i am happy with the quality of this peoduct. i have used similar profuct of other brand but i feel this is do much better. i also like tge fact that the ingredient is more varied compared to other products. The tablet size is easy to swallow. This product has helped reduce the swelling in her feet
