We buy this all the time! I make a cough syrup in a small mason jar with Manuka, liquid herbs and medicinal grade essential oils. I like to use liquid cats claw and liquid thyme. Then the medicinal grade essential oils give it a nice flavor- orange and thieves usually. The benefits of MGH (medical grade honey) are incredible. Researching X condition plus Manuka will reveal so much good info. We really like the taste and texture of this Manuka. The $100 bottle from Comvita is good too but it’s super thick and not as smooth as this one. I have 2 stomach issues H Pylori and SIBO. I also have minor issues with Candida. This honey really helps. Dosage: I take it 2 times a day. The quality, ingredient and size is great!
