size is good, not too big, but the texture is rough and it has a noticeable flavor. makes it hard to stay consistent with the desired dosage of 1 daily pill, but hope to experience the health benefits. aesthetic package though haha. maybe having it with this texture has advantages i'm unaware of - I'd be happy to learn that. otherwise, i would want it to have a different texture / packed in a capsule
