I started taking this for my anxiety disorder and dang, it works! (In combination with therapy.) I used to get panic attacks several times a week when under stress, and now I haven’t had one in over six months despite some pretty intense ups and downs. My mood is more even and easier to manage. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, helps the body adapt to stress by lowering cortisol. Took consistent use over the course of a couple of months to really get results. It does have side-effects for me: I need the bathroom more often and it lowers my blood pressure.
