Breastfeeding, Goat's Rue, 120 Liquid Capsules (525 mg per Capsule)

I know goat's rue, and esp. this brand, is marketed to breastfeeding moms to help with milk production, but I can't personally speak to its effectiveness on this front since I've been using this for other reasons. I take goat's rue because it also has been tradtionally used to help support blood sugar control.

I've always responded well to goats rue. I'm 7 months into my breastfeeding/pumping journey, and I needed a pick me up. This did just that! i love that they're liquid capsules! Such a game charger and they work a lot faster than other goats rue capsules that I've tried in the past. Quality and ingredients are amazing and reliable! I trust this brand!

Ten weeks pp, purchased by a lactation consultant advice. I have been taking this supplement for a month now and it feels that this product has made a big difference. From barely 2oz, to 4oz per pumping session. A dosage of up to 6 servings per day, doesn’t have a distinct taste and the size is normal. Great value, will purchase again.

I feel like this Motherlove brand is really good. Taking it with shatavari (also Motherlove) plus fennel and fenugreek capsules. I am taking all these in place of the Legendairy products which are great and I love the packaging but so expensive! These Motherlove products are also pricy but I feel go a long way

I took this on my first baby and now on my 2nd baby. It helps increase my storage slowly. But I had to keep taking at least 4 capsules a day. Size is just okay, not too big. I started with a max of 65ml (pumped at night) during my first month pp and now I'm 2 months pp, I have a max of 110ml. I'm taking this alongside with moringga supplements.

Goats rue has a long history of supporting breast milk supply and mammary growth and there were a lot of good reviews for this product. Had high hopes for this and considering how expensive it is and how much you need to take it was not good value for me, I also didn’t notice much of an increase in milk supply with the suggested dosage so for me not worth the cost. They did feel like good quality but they are also not organic which is a minus for me. There is no taste. Instead I’m going to source my own organic goats rue and take higher amounts for a way lesser price :)

It is an amazing supplement that supports lactation in breastfeeding mothers and helps control the glucose spikes, which is crucial for the weight loss journey after pregnancy and birth. The capsules are oily which makes them better absorbed.

The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.

This goat's rue supplement helped increase my milk supply so much. I saw a big change in just two weeks. The liquid capsules are easy to swallow and work fast. The taste is not bad and does not upset my stomach. I got good results and my baby is feeding much better now. Very happy!
