This is an easy to swallow capsule, I love that it is a combination product with a higher dose of vit D3 plus K2. I have an autoimmune condition, and so it's important I keep up with vit D3, and this product makes it easy to do so. Also, great value! I actually sense the difference if I skip my doses a few days, as I wake up more stiff and achy, so I'll be ordering this again soon!
