Vitamin K-2, 500 mcg, 60 MicroLingual Instant Dissolve Tablets

While I generally use both forms of K2 (Mk-4 and MK-7), I need more help with bone building, which is what this form is most helpful for, according to clinical studies. It's a small, quick dissolving tablet that can be swallowed whole, chewed, or dissolved under the tongue. The taste is pleasant and it generally dissolves in the mouth within 30 seconds. I chose this brand specifically because they offered a lower (500 mcg) dose that can be taken in divided doses. Research suggests MK-4 doesn't stay active in the blood for long, so I generally take 2 a day.

Good company and this product is in the rare form of Mk-4 of k2..MK-7 is getting all the attention lately, but some studies show MK-4 may actually have some advantages and benefits to the brain over mk-7. Taste is fine, neutral and it dissolves easily. Pill tablet is very small size.

Love the taste & convenience especially it’s sublingual and melts quickly. I use only 1 per day as supplement to my other k2. Good for those who are not lactose intolerant.

I take it with my 50.000 UI of D3. I have noticed dental plaque disappearing. After a while, I started to supplement with Calcium as I am a vegan, mostly, and K2 takes the calcium from the bloodstream to put it into bones, teeth, etc. After a while, my teeth were getting too sensitive.

Easy to take, dissolves in the mouth almost immediately. Taken especially at bedtime, you can feel the calming effect and go to sleep very quickly.

I take Vitamin D, and I decided to get Vitamin K because it makes sure any calcium absorbed goes to where the body needs it. This dosage gives me a small boost of energy, and doesn't give me anxiety or any negative side effects.
