quality ingredients and a good vitamin. but I have not moved on to using benfotiamine instead as that is fat soluble and seems to be more potent. this has its place though. many of us need thiamine for many vital functions. look up the hormones matter blog of the thiamine group on facebook for more information. thumbs up please

Now vitamins are extremely trustworthy. Their ingredients are what they say they are. There is no niacin flush with these. I believe the potency is correct.
